• Storage: Customer data is stored in secure, access-controlled databases hosted in U.S.-based data centers.

• Access: Only authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication can access sensitive information.

3. Data Handling & Retention

• Message logs and customer profiles are retained for a maximum of 24 months unless a longer period is legally required.

• Backups are encrypted and stored off-site.

• When data is no longer needed, it is permanently deleted via secure wipe protocols.

Customer data remains the property of the customer. Auto Evolution LLC acts as a data processor only for the purpose of providing automotive services and related communications.
